Niqi is amazing. She doesn’t believe in a generic onesize fits all approach, she really takes the time to understand each dog and what’s actually behind the behaviour. Instead of just trying to fix the symptom, she focuses on getting to the root cause. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She puts so much thought, time, and intention into helping them and making sure they’re getting exactly what they need. I’m so thankful for all of her help with Monty and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their dog and their wellbeing.

We had such a wonderful experience with Barks and Recreation! From the moment we reached out, the owner and staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to get to know our dog, Pippin, and made sure she felt comfortable and safe.
After her first day, it was clear how much fun she had — she came home tired, happy, and completely content. What really stood out was how excited she was to go back again, tail wagging as soon as we pulled up. It’s such a relief to know she’s in a place where she’s not only well looked after but genuinely loved.

This daycare is aces! Niqi is very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and body language. She is an amazing trainer and loves all dogs that come through her door. We had a great experience with our girl, and felt super safe leaving her there with Niqi and staff. Highly recommend!
