I needed a new battery for my Apple 11, the process took time, involved a few staff members. I couldn’t remember my password took a hour to reset, when they put in a new battery it goes to a technician who does a full assessment on the phone, that takes two hours. So I was back n forth met with several staff members. Every single one was kind, attentive, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you good service is sometimes hard to receive this store employees are well trained and well mannered. ❤️?❤️
So I’m not sure why they have appointments when you arrive on time and have to wait in a line of 50 people that are now ahead of me with wait times after me. Terrible service and I’m not even in the store.
We had a super long wait for our turn and I was getting impatient but then Gordon(manager) stepped in and he took charge of the situation and very kindly and patiently assisted us and fixed our issue.
