This is the second time we contacted Rachid. This time, not only he helped us to paint the suite but also fixed a 4 inch by 4 inch hole in the suite. For the painting, the colours matched exactly what we asked for and he got it done in two days. It's always nice to see what happens with the place after he's done with it. He also did an amazing job with the hole, I could not locate where the hole was after. His quote included everything so there was no other charges and he ended up charging less than he originally quoted because it didn't take him the time he anticipated. Rachid is a great guy to work with and I will definitely call him when we want any painting or dry wall related work done.

Rachid repaired our drywalls & ceilings that were severely water damaged and stained by our tenants and painted the whole 3 bdrm townhouse early this year. What I truly appreciate is not only his great craftmanship in drywall repair but also his professionalism and aptitude in making sure to do things right by his clients while staying flexible and open-minded to suggestions that help to meet client's needs and in their best interests whenever necessary. My new ceilings are flawless that i couldn't tell the transition of the old from the new parts of the ceiling apart. I am more than happy with his work and will recommend him for anyone looking for drywall repair.

We needed someone to repair the drywall behind our washer on short notice and as soon as possible. Ray did not disappoint. Besides patching up the wall, he provided all materials for a new baseboard/paint can and offered to paint our walls so it doesn't look out of place. We are happy with the work he did. He was upfront about the scope of job, stuck to our budget plan and was very professional. We would not work with Rachid again. We got a bad feeling when we first met Rachid, but we wanted to give him a chance. We figured our initial encounter with Rachid was less than ideal because he was just socially awkward but would do good work. We should have listened to our gut. Rachid took inappropriate shortcuts and did a poor job. He was also abrasive and condescending throughout. When concerns were raised with him, he essentially shrugged his shoulders and denied responsibility. While Rachid may have once put in the effort to deliver great work and customer service, our perception is that he no longer seems to care. We may have been the unusual case, but we doubt it: we have worked successfully with many contractors over the years, but only Rachid stands out as a truly poor experience. Give him a shot if you wish, but, if you get that strange feeling in your gut on first meeting (as we did), you may want to learn from our experience and find someone else.

I hired Ray to replace a bathroom ceiling fan and necessary drywall repairs related to the job as the new fan was smaller than the previous fan. I have a tenant in the property and Ray did a fantastic job of making arrangmements with my tenant and getting the job completed quickly. My tenant was thrilled with both Ray and his work, as am I.
