They asked when I wanted to come, and when I said I could come now, they pleasantly welcomed us! They got the girls in right away and did exactly the design they asked for. ? ? They even snuck me in for a relaxing pedicure while I waited for my daughter's to get their nails done. I absolutely recommend this wonderful, family-run business. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to their high-end products, and they always take the time to explain what’s best for your skin and wellness needs.

Additionally, I want to share a very different experience from what another reviewer described. I arrived early for my appointment and was waiting in the lounge when a woman—who I initially assumed was a fellow client—began speaking to the receptionist in a noticeably condescending tone. When the owner came out to address the situation, the woman became increasingly confrontational. I thought the owner handled it professionally and calmly, ultimately asking her to leave when it was clear she was seeking conflict.

It’s worth noting that I was the only client present at the time, so I’m not sure how the other reviewer’s account aligns with what actually happened.
