Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. Delivery called my partner before they were even there, completely ruining the surprise... and then they never showed up. When I called to ask what's going on, they said that the flowers wouldn't be delivered until after 6pm. Where do they think people are at 6pm on Valentines?! We are out for dinner now. I was assured that the flowers will be at my door before 7pm. Kind of pointless now that the day is over and the surprise is ruined.

My friend received her flowers in a very prompt and timely manner and immediately face timed me to show them off. She was absolutely thrilled with how beautifully arranged and color coordinated they were. Its always a bit iffy when ordering from out of province, but in this case, thank you, for a job very well done.

Purchases a flower arrangement for my mothers funeral Carls Flowers Company in Penticton , seen a beautiful piece of all pink roses from Penticton store, they said there was not enough pink roses and could mix some red roses in, offer me same piece but fewer roses for 280 plus taxes, what they dropped off before i got there was not even close to what i ordered. I took back following morning after funeral and complained,did they not only look like a cheap arrangement but flowers wilting as well. The owner finally phoned me at near end of day and gave me an option of nothing or some arrangement she would make for me. I said i want half money back, but she gave me a hard... read full review
