Newport Auto provides excellent service, quickly diagnosing and fixing broken-down vehicles. The team is communicative, friendly, and transparent, keeping customers informed throughout the process. Reviews praise the shop's great overall service and work. Mechanics are red seal, and even when busy, they can have your car within a week. They do a phenomenal job getting your car fixed quickly and keep you updated regularly. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and everyone there is professional. Hands down the best experience at a mechanics ever! Everyone is so friendly, they do absolutely quality work, are very reasonable, and so efficient. My car was in and out of there in less than half a day and they even vacuumed it out! Will not be bringing my car anywhere else from here on out!!
Newport Auto was very helpful to me when my car broke down unexpectedly (seized up rear brakes). They were quick to repair it in a busy season and very friendly and reasonable with the proposed work. Would definitely recommend them!
