We’re so lucky to have the Duncan Auto team in our community… we had a brand new Subaru, unfortunately had a deer collision with substantial damage, and the Duncan team got it back to new! We even got a great, super clean courtesy car with winter tires during the repairs! Francois and team were so professional through the whole experience. Thank you all so much!
PS - you may need to wait to get in as they’re in high demand, it’s definitely worth the wait.

So funniest thing happened this morning. I got myself ready for work, had my metal water bottle nicely filled up with hot water, and my lunch.
I went to the gym. Did my workout went back to the van and there’s something in the van twittering and I got scared because I had heard it when I first left home. I did my workout and went back to the van.
Still something twittering, so I’m like there is something in here under the hood, a bird or squirrel or something, because the twittering was not regular so it wasn’t part of the engine. I lifted the hood, nothing there.
Great experience here, gave us a loaner that isn’t a POS, perfect repair to the vehicle, charged the battery that came in at 20%, they even gave the car a thorough cleaning. Great communication as well. Highly recommend this shop.
