I don’t normally stop by dealerships for service, but the team at Coastal Ford proved why they are the exception! Our road trip hit a snag when our truck started throwing error codes the moment we rolled into Squamish. Even though they were booked up for weeks, technician Jack went above and beyond the call of duty to come out to the lot, look at our truck to help us diagnose the problem,
and point us in the right direction. Extremely professional and skilled at his job. The team in Parts and Service did what they could for us given the circumstances on our trip. Thanks for the help!

Extremely professional and helpful. We showed up in Squamish with engine troubles and couldn't get an appointment with any local mechanic for weeks. Jack the tech working here took time out of his day to diagnose our problem so we could at least get a head start on fixing our truck. He even came by later and checked in on us!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Brad at Coastal Ford. This is exactly what top-notch customer service is supposed to look like.

I came in needing a battery while the parts guy was away on lunch, and rather than having me sit around and wait, Brad stepped in himself and made sure I was taken care of. That alone was appreciated, but what really stood out happened afterward. Brad noticed me waiting outside for my Uber and came over and offered to personally shuttle me home so I could get on with my day.

I didn’t ask him for a ride, and he had absolutely no obligation to do it. He simply noticed a customer waiting around and went out of his way to help.… read full review
