We had a frightening experience driving home from Port Renfrew when we slid off the road in the snow. Worried about leaving our vehicle overnight, we contacted BCAA and Sooke Towing. Despite how busy they must have been with all the snowfall on the island, the process was surprisingly smooth. I want to give special thanks to Mark for his outstanding customer service. He kept us informed through phone and text and got our truck safely off the road the next day. Mark’s professionalism and clear communication helped turn a stressful situation into a manageable one. A big thank you to Mark and Devon at Sooke Towing! 5-star service all around. My wife and I travelled to Sooke today for a couple of appointments and the alternator on our Jeep packed it in. I called Mark and Devon arrived in less than 30 mins to help. He had our Jeep hooked up and provided us with a ride and tow back to Langford, and was great company on the trip back. Thank you Devon and thank you Sooke Towing team!
