Throughout our transaction, Matt was an excellent communicator. As well, he said what he was going to do —and then he followed through and he did it. Matt undertook the numerous tasks I directed him towards efficiently and effectively. (He didn’t ‘waste’ a moment of time while he was in my townhome.) I found him to be courteous and personable while his services were timely and cost-effective, and so far, since he was here a week ago, everything has now been functioning as it should.
