Very pleasant and helpful staff. An air of personality in a space that can be overwhelming when you’re not used to it, that helps ease the nerves and make it easier to ask for the help needed
What a great experience today at FYI! Tate and Lorelei were so helpful in my search for a new pair of glasses! 10/10 experience. Highly recommend anyone in search of a new pair to go and visit !
The staff at FYI Smithers are fantastic! They are friendly, helpful and take a genuine interest in their patients. I personally see Dr. Kreke, who is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and caring optometrist. He takes an interest in my overall health as it may relate to my eyes and explains the examination as he performs it, making sure I understand everything and ensuring all of my questions are answered. I have also been to appointments with Dr. Lester in the past and with Dr. Brawdy when I have accompanied my grandmother.
