Anytime I need a quick and professional house inspection, I call AmeriSpec Inspection. Terry is a professional in his field, which conducts every inspection with extensive knowledge in the inspection- and contracting field. I used him on 3 houses in the past 1.5 years and he finds what others don't. And that is most important to me, as I don't want to buy hidden flaws with the property. I usually conduct my own general inspection first and, if I like the property, then get Terry to fine comb and he always has found issues I had not a trained eye to detect.
