I came home to Cobble Hill Thurs. morning after fishing in Port Renfrew. I had a broken swivel mount lock lever. No where to purchase one in our area. I called Scotty in Sidney explained my dilemma and they said they would send one out. The next afternoon it was in our mailbox free of charge. That was the best customer service I have ever received. John is top notch! Scotty manufacturing is a company that stand behind their products. Just recently got my downrigger back from service. It went in with a seized motor and came back with all new parts. Look forward to 10 more years from my downrigger!

Scotty gear has been part of my setup for years now, and it just works. No gimmicks, no nonsense, just solid hardware that holds up to actual use out here in Canada.
