I love the doctors here they are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could give this place 5/5 but the receptionists are super rude, and inappropriate and are an absolute letdown to the quality of service the doctors are exuding. Every time I see the receptionists in person they always are placing personal conversations above helping guests, are mean to clients and are passive-aggressive. I hope they can improve upon this aspect since the rest of the facility is excellent.

Have been a patient with this clinic for many years and have had excellent care always. I now have Dr. Perks, a recent addition and find him to be knowledgeable, caring and very professional.

I am so thankful to be one of the lucky people on the Peninsula with a Family Doctor. Ocean Pier Medical and all of their support staff are truly amazing. In this day and age of staff shortages and an overworked medical system, Ocean Pier cares for their patients with a true sincerity and they go above and beyond. Even the day before a long weekend! Thank you Shelley, Dr. C and everyone there - you are taking great care of us on the Peninsula. We appreciate you!!
