Dr C. Coburn and her MOA Olivia were so kind, helpful, and courteous. The entire experience was lovely from entering and being greeted by Olivia, throughout the whole appointment, and wishing me a good day after. They got me an appointment in a timely manner, explained fully my medications, with how they actually work, and possible side effects. Dr. Coburn actively listened to my needs and concerns without any judgement and offered not just her support but also treatment plans such as counselling if needed.
Overall, I have never felt safer, or more heard at a doctor’s office before and am extremely grateful to continue coming here.

I am a patient for Doctor Maryam Ashour. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for her care and support. She is an excellent, so nice, very friendly doctor. She offers exceptional care and puts the well-being of her patient first. She has great medical experiences and always gives enough time for patients to talk about their concerns, and in a very professional way, she always address all of these concerns. She always goes above and beyond to provide comfort and support. I feel truly blessed to have received care from someone compassionate like her. I am thankful, and I want to express my gratitude for her outstanding patient care.
I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Simone Biggs-Farrell, an outstanding General Practitioner. After a 10-year wait for a family doctor due to BC's doctor shortage, I felt fortunate to be assigned to Dr. Biggs-Farrell.
During our initial meeting, I was impressed by her attentive listening and compassionate approach. This was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where my shoulder pain was misdiagnosed as stress-related.
