I have had two Drs at Ocean Pier and had to write a review of my good experiences. Not only the care of the Doctors but also the support staff and booking systems. All seamless, easy and comfortable.
Dr Law (retired) was so kind and thorough at every appointment. She was always on time and I always felt like she was ready for me when it was my appointment turn.
Dr. Major was my next Dr at Ocean Pier and I had a very similar experience. His kindness welcomed and appreciated. On time, he always listened to my concerns and followed up in a timely manner. Everyone at the clinic is lovely, but the automated call system is terrible. You can't talk directly to a human, you have to wait for a call back, which would be fine if the AI Chatbot could understand what is being said. It took my husband 10 minutes to get the chatbot to understand he was leaving a call back request for Dr. Lenden and it still got his name 'Kyle' wrong! Other than that, great providers.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Pigott and the clinic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient, helping me get all my paperwork completed smoothly and making me feel comfortable right away.
Given that I had been dealing with ongoing bleeding for several months, I truly appreciated how quickly they acted. They expedited my biopsy, and I was promptly scheduled for an ultrasound and Pap test. The clinic also arranged a series of follow-up appointments, including convenient online visits, along with blood work and an in-person consultation.
