My experience with Monashee Sauna was very positive. Kevin worked with me on desired end product design and delivered on it! The unit is absolutely stunning and I get many compliments on it. I have it fitted with a European wood stove/hot rock unit (Harvia green flame), which absolutely cooks ( I can get it to 80-100 degrees as desired within average 40mins). It is very comfortable and is my relaxation station. I think I spoke with him in March, he quoted delivery at end of October, and I had it by early December; late? yes. Worth it? YES. Good things take time. If I'm to add any criticism for comprehension's sake, it would be that the linoleum flooring warped slightly...read full review

We have purchased 2 custom saunas from Kevin at Monashee Saunas so we thought we should share our experience. The first sauna was done in 2020 for our home in Kelowna. It is a freestanding interior sauna. The second sauna was done just this past year for our condo at Big White. It is a built-in sauna. Between the 1st and 2nd saunas, we noticed that Kevin had received a couple of bad reviews. This gave us pause, but we decided to go ahead with him for our second purchase because 1. He came through with our first sauna, which still looks great after 4 years and 2. Superior fit and finish. We recently had Kevin and his team at Monashee Saunas install a custom-made sauna. Located in rural British Columbia, we had specific space demands and also wanted a sauna constructed to high standards in order to perform without any problems. Kevin and team built and installed a sauna that went beyond our expectations, with obvious attention to detail and using extremely high quality materials. Could not be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone considering a sauna
