Hi and hello everyone. Just to share my wonderful experience in visiting this Sicamous Hub International. We are newly relocated here in Sicamous, BC from Gatineau, Quebec. Part of my main tasks of being new here in BC was to exchange my Quebec License Plates to BC License Plates. Yesterday Monday dated 8th of June 2026, after I got my mechanical inspection report from Sicamous Auto Repair, immedietely i go to Hub International to obtain BC License Plates and as well as the BC Vehicle Insurance. It's nearly 3pm, I came in there and meet Ms. Jennifer on the 2nd desk. I simply told her that I need to exchange my Quebec License Plate to BC License Plate. I had an amazing experience at this branch. I came in 30 minutes before closing and met Jody and told her that I will be buying a truck and might be closer to when they closed. She had no problem helping and even worked after closing hours to insure everything went well and provided the best service. Everyone at this branch is honest and is willing to help with whatever you are doing, I highly recommend this branch as I was given outstanding support and service by Jody and had 0 issue getting everything done.
I recently visited for registration and insurance, and the lady who sits in the cabin provided outstanding service. She was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Within a few minutes, she made me trust her so much that I let her decide whatever was best for me. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’ll always remember her kindness and will definitely think of her whenever I visit Sicamous again. Highly appreciate her excellent customer service!
