“HME was great to deal with on a personal level. Every time I called they were personal and ready to answer all questions. With that said, I did have to keep on top of them with timelines to ensure items arrived. Our stroller that was ordered in February only arrived at the end of June. The canopy for our stroller that was ordered in april only arrived in Sept. So it did take a LONG time to receive items.”
