There is no other way to share my experience than to be honest.This is my first vehicle in my entire life. Obviously, it is a used car.The person who sold it to me gave it love, but not enough.When I left my car at Big Al's, it had an unbearable smell, I think, due to humidity and other things. ?My car expected to receive a basic cleaning, but it exceeded my expectations.Super clean inside and out, and the unpleasant smell was no longer there. Rather, I felt a very soft and pleasant clean aroma.Perfect. Couldn't be better.I'm counting the days to take my car with them again so it's ready for winter ?light, love, and gratitudeRishi ?

I am thoroughly impressed by the high level of customer service! I felt like a valued client throughout the entire process. My car is almost unrecognizable...it's so shiny and new. :)Glynn and Al were kind and efficient and I highly recommend their services. Top notch professionalism. Absolutely well worth every penny. Had an incident with some road paint, no indicators of work being done and now some unwanted yellow over my vehicle... These guys brought out an array of products and spent time helping us figure out what would take the paint off. Thanks for being awesome!
