I used Linwood for my custom prefab home build on Mayne Island. A challenge enough building on an Island but Linwood made it as smooth as it could be. Brad Grindler was great to work with. Responsive, timely and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend both Brad and Linwood.
This is our first experience building our own home. We liked the Linwood home designs and contacted Brad to learn more. Brad was incredibly generous with his time and willingly helped us develop a preferred design (a customized “Cascade”), over a period of one year, before we even committed to anything. Many hours of Zoom calls (we were living abroad) refined our plans and costs, and when it came to making a decision on the land, funnily enough, we would not have looked at the final location had Brad not suggested we check it out.
