Walked in and met with Leon regarding matching tattoos for my kid & I. We showed him some reference photos and made land to come back. In the meantime, we decided to add another feature to our design, Leon was so super cool about it. He added the new component to the drawing and came out with a perfect design.
I was very impressed with his dedication to cleanliness of the skin and tools to prevent infection. He made the experience fun, we had a great conversation while he was working. The tattoo looks so amazing on both of us. It was a spur of the moment decision to pop in there, but I do not regret it. It was one of the highlights of our vacation.
Would totally recommend Leon for any work that you want done. He is a really skilled artist and an awesome human.
Gorgeous in every way. I travelled here from Ireland for The Sacred Pause Retreat with Taryn Strong and Dawn Nickel. Stowel Lake Farm is truly magical, so well cared for by the people who live and work here. The food...well I'm still thinking about it to be honest! Delicious and created with love. The barn, yoga space and accommodations are restful, comfortable, beautifully built. I can't think of one thing that I could complain about - except perhaps, that I had to leave!
I joined the Women and Water event and it was spectacular. It was my first time at the spa and I was blown away by how beautiful the aesthetic was. I cannot wait to go back. I’m feeling so relaxed from last night. I highly recommend to everyone!
I required about 20 yards of topsoil for a landscaping project on Salt Spring Island. I contacted Diggin It and met Kris to observe the quality of the product. Kris was very accommodating. The soil had a very nice texture with good sand/silt/clay/organic ratios. The location the soil was to be delivered to was tight, but the driver was very experienced and friendly and did an excellent job delivering. I would not hesitate recommending Diggin It‘s top soil for landscaping needs, and there service was professional, accommodating and client focused.
I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this company. I've never been without Gardener's Dream Cream in my home since it was first introduced on the market many, many years ago. The quality has always been consistent and exceptional. I use it for any number of issues from weird rashes to bruises, eczema, sore muscles, etc., and a little goes a long way. We used Wendy fir our renovations on a house built in 1974. Wendy designed the house to more than our expectations. Wendy had to consider the fact that we were getting older and would need more to for wheelchairs and chairlifts fir the staircase. The design made the most use of the space and exceeded what we requested. The added bonus of utilizing Wendy was that we had never been in the position to renovate. Wendy went beyond buying meeting us to pick out windows and doors and other aspected of the build. Wendy also helped us choose a contractor and then would visit the job site to keep an eye on the progress and how things were being built.
Island Village Builders built our home in 2021-2022. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We had some unique requests, including potable rainwater catchment, and Sam (the contractor) and his crew met every one of them! Sam was transparent throughout the whole process and was an excellent communicator. The care this crew put into building our family home was above and beyond what we had hoped for. On top of it all, they were kind folks who were fun to work with. We highly recommend Island Village Builders!!
