Village Builders

Island Village Builders built our home in 2021-2022. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We had some unique requests, including potable rainwater catchment, and Sam (the contractor) and his crew met every one of them! Sam was transparent throughout the whole process and was an excellent communicator. The care this crew put into building our family home was above and beyond what we had hoped for. On top of it all, they were kind folks who were fun to work with. We highly recommend Island Village Builders!!

Green City built our new home and we honestly could not have asked for more. He and his team were always quickly responsive and always made sure to be respectful of the budget. The communication through the whole process was fantastic and the result was the home of my dreams. Thank you!

Green City Builders renovated the kitchen in our 103 year old house last year. My wife and I (both well experienced in the construction industry) were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and overall professionalism of the project. Sam, his team and the subcontractors were very pleasant and polite to deal with across the board. We were given clear expectations on the construction schedule and budget and both were adhered to closely. I would not hesitate to either recommend Green City Builders or work with them again in the future.
