*disclaimer long review but worth the read

I’m not one to leave reviews but when you recieve the level of service like I did working with Tyler there simply is no other option.

I was lucky enough to work with tyler when acquiring my first property which also happened to be a bank foreclosure which as you can imagine added a lot of un foreseen problems.

In addition only being on the fire department for less than a year every major lender wouldn’t take my income into account. which meant we had to use my retired parents as co signs which in addition to the foreclosure and the state of the property only added more obstacles.

Tyler was amazingly helpful from end-to-end of our house buying process! His friendly and straightforward presence ensured everything was clear. He was responsive and easy to get ahold of throughout!
