I was lucky enough to work with tyler when acquiring my first property which also happened to be a bank foreclosure which as you can imagine added a lot of un foreseen problems.
In addition only being on the fire department for less than a year every major lender wouldn’t take my income into account. which meant we had to use my retired parents as co signs which in addition to the foreclosure and the state of the property only added more obstacles.
With everything stacked against us Tyler took on the challenge and shopped my file to everyone and worked his butt off to ensure we didn’t only get the deal done but also got an amazing rate on a tight timeline.
