Genuinely awesome guy, we were really stressed out with an emergency situation out of town. He was helpful, calm, efficient, and explained the plumbing problems in an easy to understand way offering solutions. Thank you so much Jerry!
Highly recommended. Called Jerry for help, and he showed up thr next morning at 8 am, with a big smile, and a tenacious attitude to solve problems, without having me incur extra cost. He got the missing parts and repaired the plumbing in less than 2 hours, all the while maintaing a personable and light hearted conversation with my partner and I. It was a delight meeting him, and will call him again for sure.
Had a hot water tank failure, Jerry was our first call, he came right away the next day and got a new one installed for us, stayed late to fight through a tough install. Great experience, would highly recommend
