HCC installed our multi split AC/Heat pump and we love it. Being able to cool down the upstairs bedroom without making the lower living area too cold to enjoy is a game changer. Rob from HCC came to our house and gave us a quote. He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy and pointed out some things for us to consider. They were very quick to schedule us in for the install. The installers, Corey and Sheldon, were very courteous and professional. We love the climate control we have now and highly recommend you give the Home Comfort Centre a call.

We called this morning thinking the compressor on our heat pump needed to be swapped out. We were expecting a very big bill. They had someone by the name of Len,(?) here this afternoon. We said what we thought was the issue. It was the perfect opportunity to upsell us. Instead their service technician was very honest and replaced a switch for a very reasonable cost. We were beyond grateful for his honesty and efficency.
I called multiple companies last week and never heard back from any of them. This will be our 1st call next time there's an issue!
