Sarah took care of me at the counter and Dave and his team worked their magic in the back and fixed exhaust better than OEM. My quote matched my bill to the penny. And I got it done the same day they checked it out!
I desperately needed my exhaust repaired. A relatively easy job for a pro, but the timing of it all was what was amazing. I went in the day before their last day before they were closing for the Christmas holidays. They were booking for the 5th of Jan. I asked if there was any way possible they could get me in the following day (last day of business). They were fully booked, but said they'd try their best and to leave the truck for the day. No promises but again they'd do their best. Well, they got it done with 30 mins to spare before quitting time. Had a trip planned for tomorrow and all of a sudden the muffler on my F150 is noisy. Ford wants 3 days to have a look, Barts fixed a broken flex pipe same day. Exceptional service and I'm still on schedule. Thanks!
