I recently heard a dripping sound which was coming from the fan over my kitchen stove after a heavy rainfall. I called Parker Johnson on a Friday and spoke to Wanda. She arranged a service call for Monday, told me who was coming, and what the cost would be. I soon got a call from Terry who said that he could come that day if that would work for me. Terry came, found that the cover of my roof vent was broken. He replaced the vent and because there is a minimum time for a call-out, he did some extra checks and seals while he was up on the roof. Everyone knows of the great reputation of Parker Johnston. What most people do not realize is their pricing value. Perhaps a slightly small cost over some other roofers; however for this comes guaranteed experienced, professional, courteous crew - the small extra sum was worth it. I knew I had chosen the right roofing company when Bryan, the estimator came. He had a lot more experience than the other company estimators. This showed in his explanation of my roof, many factors that were missed but other competitors.
