A big thank you to Paul and the entire team at Midas Brentwood Bay for going above and beyond to ensure that I was back in my vehicle safely. Extremely professional, knowledgable and thorough. Al and Gary helped me get back on the road super quickly after we found a nail in my tire. Paul was amazing in ensuring that the tires were ordered within one business day and did a full inspection to ensure it was road worthy before allowing me to drive. Amazing customer service! It is such a peace of mind that there are ethical services to support you in our small community. I highly recommend vehicle service and maintenance at Brentwood Midas, thanks so much!!

My two prior appointments went well but I wasn’t happy with my last appointment. I had made the appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off before they opened. I required a coolant and a transmission flush service done. They only had time to complete one. I think I will find somewhere else to take my vehicle.

The service at Midas is exceptional! Today, while switching my tires, they found a screw in one, repaired it then also installed a new wiper blade which had me stumped - all for the price of the tire switch! Service like this keeps me loyal. Service: Tires
