Hello, I am going to be listing multiple reasons I do not recommend going to this beauty lounge. I have now been to multiple eyelash technicians and looking back to when I went to this lady, I realized she has no idea what she's doing. Other lash techs I have went to ask me beforehand what style I am looking for, the lengths I want, the girl only knows how to do hybrid lashes. And even if you show her a picture before the work, she still does her own thing.To follow up, costumer service is also extremely horrible. Recently, she switched her contact to texting instead of calling, and I am sure she blocked me after I asked to cancel once. Lady has some serious anger issues....read full review

Worst salon ever!I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!I was looking for a eyelashes salon close by to my place since I can't keep going to my previous technician because is too far.I have been searching in Google for eyelash salon , today driving around i decided to stop by to check Dollar Smart store and my husband pointing to the left side say: Ohh eyelash salon!.very happy i went to the salon, and at the entrance it's says No Mask No Entrance!, I wasn't wearing mask but anyway I just want to ask her the price for hybrid eyelashes set so i wasn't planning to get inside without mask , so I open the door and the receptionist or technician was sitting without wearing...read full review
