I recently went to USPA at Lansdowne Centre and had a really great experience. The place is clean, quiet, and just feels very relaxing as soon as you walk in. It’s easy to unwind there.
They also have a really nice sauna room, which I didn’t expect but definitely enjoyed. It added a lot to the whole experience.The therapist was excellent—very skilled, with strong and controlled pressure. You can tell they’re professionally trained, not just doing it casually. The massage felt deep but still comfortable.I’d especially recommend their ginger foot soak followed by a massage. It was super soothing and honestly one of the best parts.
