I had been seeing Jessie Berman casually to mitigate issues from sitting all day at work, and had been seeing great results. So when I broke my knee over the winter, I knew immediately that I wanted her to be part of my recovery.I feel so blessed by her talent and kindness. This is my first time to a Physiotherapist and I'm very glad to be kindly cared for by Esther Chiang at True Physio. She patiently walked me through many helpful steps towards recovery from my sprained ankle. She also gave a detailed, careful attention to my concerns in a way that's friendly, cheerful, and non-judgemental. Thank you so much, Esther!Oh, here's the culprit for my sprained ankle! Lol

I was advised by my physician to schedule sessions with a registered massage therapist to help alleviate tension in my shoulders and neck which led to tension headaches. Was referred to Kate Balen at True Physio and Pilates and have never looked back. I have been seeing her for 3 months now and the relief I have experienced is incredible. My range of motion is without pain and headaches are basically gone. She is an excellent massage therapist, knowing and listening to exactly what I need. I go every two weeks for my wellness day (as I refer to my massage) and will do so as long as I can.
