Searched everywhere in the lower mainland for a kitchen floor tile I liked, found the perfect one at tile town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when we had hiccups and delays in our project. Will absolutely use them again.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff are incredible and patient and are happy to help with advice and their expertise. The selection was great and they are very accommodating with samples etc. No need to go anywhere else!

This was my first experience with Tile Town. Judi was very cordial, knowledgeable and willing to share information. Judi offered information that would not be known to the average consumer which was very helpful in ensuring that my tile color matched from the same dye lot. Judi offered samples for me to take home and determine which color scheme best fit my area. I visited other tile retailers and the service does not come close to that of Tile Town. Tile Town's prices are competitive and with the expertise makes this store a win! I also had dealings with Mark the manager and Alvin who were helpful as well.
