I definitely will buy all my tiles for any future projects from Tile Town in Richmond. I am building a laneway house and wanted the same floor tiles for the bathrooms as the powder room in my main house. They are the classic black/white pattern that is found in many homes in England and I couldn't find them ANYWHERE (believe me - I looked EVERYWHERE) except at Tile Town. Mark Gantly, the manager, was especially helpful, as was Alvin and Judy. When I ran out of the tiles and there were none left in the store, they ordered a shipment from Edmonton immediately so that the tile installer did not have to wait too long to finish the job. This was my first encounter with Tile Town in Richmond. Came in to purchase 40 porcelain tiles for my bathroom floor. First and foremost, there is an amazing Staffs who impressed me with their pleasant & helping altitudes. Alvin, Judy, Mark, and 2 other Sales whom I did not know their Names, were so pleasant to deal with. Alvin also gave me some discount which I was not even aware of. I really like Tile Town's policy about returning unused tiles for a refund. I would very much recommend everyone to come visit Tile Town in Richmond if you are in needs for flooring material. Ken.
Judy provided excellent service! She was friendly, patient, and very responsible. She helped me find the perfect tiles and made the whole process easy. The return process was also very convenient. Highly recommend working with Judy!
