After shopping around for Tiles for a bathroom renovation, my wife and I settled with TileTown Richmond. Alvin, was an amazing sales associate. He spent the time showcasing us various tiling options, trims, and colour palettes. He provided some great tips for tiling success, and was generally curious about our previous bathroom renovation, and wanted us to be successful in our current renovations. He also provided product guidance for grouting, trims, heated floors and of course tiling. Came here to just get 12sqft worth of tiles and received the best customer service. All the staff were so friendly and cheerful and so ready to help. They make the process of finding the right tile easy and dare I say, delightful?! Thank you Alvin for helping us find the tile closest to our old tile and giving us some tips. They were all so kind to my toddler too and even gave her a measuring tape (which she played with the whole entire ride home) and tattoo. If we ever need more tiles, we know where to go now.
