I had an issue with my Talis Multi Pendant light a few months after I moved into my new townhome (a showroom). I went to THE LIGHTING WAREHOUSE and spoke with Mike, who was an ALA lighting specialist. He was very helpful. He made every effort trying to trace the purchase proof, contact the dealer, and made it happen to ask for a new replacement. Yesterday their technicians came and replaced the light. I was so impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. The company's after-sales support was fantastic! I highly recommend them !
