I ordered 100 customized cookbooks through Teldon and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Maria Bonfirm was kind, helpful and very efficient, despite my last minute order. I finalized and paid the order on December 3rd and with regular shipping, I received it December 10th. To give some context, I ordered it to Cornwall, Ontario, which is quite a distance from their office.

The whole process was great, I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you!

Customer service is such an integral part of any successful business. Teldon showed excellent customer service in solving an issue I was facing due to miscommunication. Their willingness to listen and respond quickly left me impressed and the ultimate solution they provided furthered that feeling. Customer service should not be something hard to come by, yet unfortunately it usually is. For what they did for me, I am a life long customer and gladly provide this review to let others know that Teldon takes customer service seriously. If only there were more companies like them, then customer issues would be solved more effectively as well. Thank you Miguel!
