So glad I found this real estate group randomly using google.My first property manager was a referral from a family friend but he turned out to be basically mute with communications and all but useless when it came to helping us find a tenant.Complete opposite experience with Tang and Kung Real Estate Group. They helped us find a tenant pretty much within the first month of listing our rental unit, is very receptive to questions, responds very promptly, and was able to answer any and all questions/concerns that we had.I highly recommend this group if you're looking for a company to manage your property.

I’ve been renting in vancouver since 2017 and have never experienced such professional service from a property management company. I honestly never want to move because I adore the apartment I’m renting and the company has been top tier to deal with. Tang & Kung is responsive to any concerns I’ve raised - big shout out to Scarlett and Sandra who have helped me out multiple times.. and David - thanks for having an incredible team! When I am in a position to eventually purchase a home, I will definitely be giving them a call first.
