Have been going to Pit Lane for many years. I was really impressed today how well their service is. I went first thing in the morning on a Saturday. My car was thoroughly washed and the inside cleaned. What impressed me the most is one staff inspected the car for cleanliness before the car was handed to me. Thank you for a service well done.
Previously a 5 star plus. Now prices up considerably - quality down and slipping. Missed cleaning entire areas. This the best car wash in Richmond with competitive pricing. New ownership has made it just another average car wash with high prices!
I have been coming here for years and it has always been decent but recently I find their service standard has gone down. Not sure if its change in products or change in ownership. My car doesn’t feel or smell as clean as it would have after the past services. Hope they work out the kinks. A bit disappointed: (
