Scam alert! Got a dishwasher from them and it wasn’t draining properly. Bottom was filled with broken glass and toothpicks. Called them within their ‘30 day warranty’ guarantee and got ghosted. Stopped responding to calls or texts.

AVOID! Do not use their repair service. They replaced my washing machine but didn’t install the mounting brackets for the dryer. They claimed that they were hard to get and would take months. Instead they duck tapped them together spouting nonsense about how strong the tape was. Needless to say, the tape became unstuck after a single use and the dryer started walking off the washing machine. Called several times but they never agreed to come back and fix it and would not call me back when asked.

Worst purchase ever made in my life. If you think what's showed in my pictures is normal for a used washer. Go ahead and contact them. The washer is very dirty even after 10 times washing it. I ended up throwing it away. Contacted them several times they said they will come and fix it. But never show up. Now they don't pick up my call anymore.
