I had a great experience at this tire shop. Every member of the team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, everyone had a fantastic attitude, friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
Samson is great! Had work done to the car and was done extremely well!
To elaborate, my break pads needed replacement as they were worn out, Samson explained in great details on the manufacture replacements costs and OEM costs and what they do and how it can save money without sacrificing safety.
There were other issues with the car as well in terms of safety he wanted to get fixed which was also noted by another mechanic shop but at a significantly lower price.
I highly recommend this place as Samson will tell you what it is, whether it is a safety concern or would harm the car in the long run and how much it will cost as an estimate.
