It's a long story, but not only did my hair turn out lovely, but I had locked my keys in my rental car running. I was on a business trip The owner drove me to the airport to try to get a spate key. Car rental place did not have one, so she drove me back to the salon. I found I had the keys in my pocket the entire time. Fortunately, they all had a good sense of humor.

This salon is incredible. After 2 years of box dye and no haircut (thanks Covid-19!) my hair was getting pretty desperate. It was orange, it was crispy, and I was embarrassed to be walking around with my own hair. Other stylists had expensive color-corrections in mind, but the minute I sat in the chair, the stylist assured me that this would be a piece of cake. Three hours later, my hair had been literally transformed. Run, don't walk, if you're in Richmond and looking for a beautiful blonde.

Just had my first cut here today. I knew a prior friend that referred me in. My stylist was Shaida. She gave me a great cut. I have long layers and she kept the length while adding volume and dimension. This is important with fine hair. Even layers, no jagged or choppy mistakes. She really listened to what I wanted and she took time to ask if I wanted to go shorter or if I was satisfied. It was nice to not feel rushed, she did a double check before I left. The salon itself is very modern looking, clean and spacious. Great staff, did not make me wait 15 mins! Already looking to book my future colour with her.
