I went in to ask a question to staff regarding hardwood, very rude and zero customer service. She didnt even look at me and replied “we cant help you”. Funny how these people still are in business with that attitude! Stay away!

Terrible experience. They don't tell you about the return or cancellation policy before you pay, and later they tell you it's on the invoice. ( There is no point, I can't do anything. Invoice like a contract )

Hope to share a very negative experience at this place. The lady whom we dealt with there was rude and inexperienced. We simply asked if the flooring panel comes in one size instead of multiple sizes inside the box. She was rudely claiming this was not a professional question and that all panels come in various sizes in a box. If she were even a professional, she ought to know it all depends on the brand/manufacturer, or even perhaps her store only has limited choices to sell only various sizes.
