Very friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. The gentlemen helped us troubleshoot and fix the car over the phone when we were stuck after coming back from vacations. Next time I need car repairs in Richmond I will head there straight away!
Wow. Drove to the airport from our of town. My car started acting up. Bryan got it in, fixed and back to me no problem. If you appreciate good clear communication, fair and honest pricing and supporting great small businesses... This is the gem you've been looking for. My only regret is that I live three hours away.

When i bought my secondhand car from the dealership, i already noticed the squealing and grating noise. Of course i told them about it twice before officially driving it home. Dealership said it was just moisture but that i go back to see them if it doesnt go away after driving for 10-20minutes.
