Amazing First Experience – Highly Recommend!
This was our very first visit to Sugar Nails and Lashes in Richmond, and we absolutely loved it! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.
Long greeted us, helped us settle in, explained the process and timing, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Even though I was only accompanying my cousin, they kindly offered me a complimentary massage so I could relax and enjoy myself too – such a thoughtful gesture!
