I've been coming to Jo's for over a year now and can say I've been very happy with every haircut I've gotten here since. Some of the reasons I come back:
1. Jo is so patient. I mean she has taken time to get to understand what I want in terms of style and how it will fit into my day (do i have a lot of time to take care of my hair? Do i need to tie it up for anything? Etc.)
2. I've only received kind service since day one. I remember the first time I came here was on impulse and I had simply walked in, and Jo was accommodating even while busy.

Great service — as long as you’re okay with getting judged and discriminated against by a Japanese woman. Gotta love Canada, right? So full of pride and prejudice. As a proud Canadian, what a joy to have places like this
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hair salon, thanks to Jo. From the moment I walked in, Jo took the time to truly understand what I wanted for my hair.
