We went into the store at the Richmond location 2 weeks ago and bought a beautiful area rug for our living room. Great quality with reasonable price. Mitch helped us every step of the way. Top-notch service!
Wayne at Jordans was very helpful. He displayed all the carpets that we wanted to see. He explained the quality of the carpets. Great quality, great value, but most of all great service.
