I own a 2007 Toyota Estima Hybrid van, RHD from Japan and even though it has very little mileage, I needed to have the brake actuator replaced. I went to Toyota and they said they wouldn't help, so I called around asking auto shops. Some shops wouldn't even talk with me until I made an appointment. Can you imagine having to wait 10 days to make an appointment only to be told that they can't do the work! Anyway, I went to a couple of other local auto shops and they weren't interested on taking the job or they quoted an extreme amount of money.Then I found Ironwood Auto Service, I called and not only were they willing to talk with me but the mechanic also talked with me...read full review

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and very accommodating when my car broke down at 5pm on a Friday. I called and spoke to Nindi to see if I would be able to have my car towed there, they stayed open past their regular hours and diagnosed the problem that evening. They were able to order the part and have my car fixed the next day!Very pleased with the service I received,I will be returning in the future.To Nindi and the team, thank you very much!I appreciate everything you do!
