Ironwood Auto Service is a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop that offers a variety of services, including A/C air-conditioning, government certified inspections, hybrid vehicle specializations, propane vehicle services, and brake, tire, and lube center. They have qualified technicians who are knowledgeable and experienced in handling different mechanical problems.
The shop is known for its excellent service, reasonable prices, and accommodating attitude towards its customers. They are open to discussing mechanical issues over the phone and are willing to work on unique vehicles, such as a 2007 Toyota Estima Hybrid van from Japan. Despite being refused by other auto shops, Ironwood Auto Service was able to replace the brake actuator of the van in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The shop's technicians, including the expert mechanic Cesar, are friendly and approachable. They take the time to explain the problem and the necessary repairs to their customers. Even when a customer's car broke down at 5 pm on a Friday, Ironwood Auto Service stayed open past their regular hours to diagnose the problem and had the car fixed by the next day.
Overall, Ironwood Auto Service is a reliable and accommodating mechanic shop that offers excellent service, reasonable prices, and quality work. They are a government certified inspection facility and are ARI/Holman accredited for fleet services. I visited this shop to get my car fixed, and I’m so impressed. The staff are friendly, and the service was very quick. On top of that, the pricing is very fair, and they are trustworthy. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’ve found one here. I highly recommend this place!
