They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...
They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.

I had my car detailed there today. Let's be fair, when I arrived no one knew that I was coming despite me booking the car in days before. I was hesitant to leave the keys. When I came to pick it up the car was inside and I was in a bit of a rush but even then I noticed that the backseats were not vacuumed properly. None of the leather interior was polished etc. I asked him to vacuum the backseat but let's be fair, no way he could fix it in 2 min. He kept saying he spent 4 hours cleaning my car....I can spend 4 hours doing your taxes but if i cannot do accounting it is a waste of time and money. Do not waste your money here.

The owner doesn't give receipts so make sure you ask for it. We wouldn't want tax evasion in our lovely Richmond.
