I was seeing Joanne for my injuries sustained in a car accident earlier last year. Joanne was very helpful in planning my recovery. She paid very close attention to my concerns at my initial visit and tracked my progress throughout the course of my treatments. She is very detailed and informative, and gave plenty of exercises/stretches to improve my range of motion and to treat my soft tissue injuries. I had suffered from pressure headaches, and Joanne's extensive knowledge helped in pinpointing the exact area in my shoulder that was triggering this discomfort. Thanks to Joanne's attention to detail, patience, and care, I am able to do things that I enjoy again!

The staff are very accommodating. Joanne is an amazing physiotherapist! She takes time to complete a thorough assessment and then formulates a treatment plan. She provides me with simple exercises and advice to strengthen my shoulders to prevent re-injury.She also has great time management capability that I never had to wait for my appointment time. I highly recommend this place.
