I started seeing MJ for physiotherapy back in October 2025 for carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, and she has been amazing. She has helped me through those issues, as well as subsequent trouble with my neck and shoulders.
I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of dry needling and sometimes try to skip a few weeks, but I always end up going back because the results MJ gets are truly magic. She is incredibly friendly, fun, and such a joy to talk to. She even tries to help me relax and drift off to sleep while I’m hooked up to the machines! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, personable, and effective physiotherapist.

I’ve been going to Atlas Physio for over a year now. Everyone is so lovely there right when you walk in. I’ve been dealing with issues with pain all around my body for years and ever since going with Darren I feel like it’s finally getting the healing it desperately needed. Darren takes the time to really access your body when you tell him what has been bothering you and he fixes you right up. I always feel so much better after seeing him and has really saved my body! Highly recommend!!
