Yesterday evening (Oct 28.25) we discovered that our furnace was not providing warm air although the fan was functioning. As an Ashton Advantage Protection Plan subscriber I contacted the emergency number and scheduled a service call for later in the evening. Although on another call, the Service Technician (I believe his name is 'Japn') estimated and achieved an arrival time and proceeded to rectify the problem quickly, efficiently and courteously. I have owned a home in Vancouver for 30 years, and in that time have dealt with several companies selling me hot water tanks, furnaces and heat pumps. This year I had to replace all three - a gas furnace, heat pump/AC and installed a tankless hot water system - yikes! I have never had such a knowledgeable, thorough and professional installation!! They looked at the house and entire system as just that - a system. Balanced things and made sure I had good quality both in the equipment and in the installation.
