Haircut and perm wasn’t very good + was slightly painful even after readjusting towel multiple times and they didn’t mention price before starting.
They overcharged and lied in person.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t pay taxes since they don’t accept credit card. No clue why there are 2 hair places that use the exact same address

I came in the morning to inquire about price for my daughters hair cut who is 5 years old and the lady quoted me 20 dollars. I went and booked for an afternoon appt. Once I was in the salon with my daughter, a man came to see her and said the charge will be 40 dollars. I don't mind paying 40 but the quote I got was 20 dollars. He raised his arm up and he said his charge is 40 and walked away. The price is not an issue here but the customer service. When they called the lady who quoted me the 20, she said she has already left and no longer in the salon. In terms of service, they never honoured the price they quoted even though it was their error.. they could have called and let me know ahead instead, they made us look bad like we did something wrong and my daughter did not understand why she didn't get a haircut that day. A good business owner would step in and honour the price that was quoted (especially after it was confirmed that the lady quoted that price but left early that day) and not make the customers feel bad especially when it's not their fault !! Bad customer service!! they will not honour the price their employee quoted even though it was their agreed upon price!! Not reliable!! Go somewhere else.

Albert is the absolute best! Me and my family have been going to him for as long as we can remember. Quick to schedule, always spend a good amount of time on our hair, patient and detail-oriented. Great customer service, and we all love him and recommend him.
