Applied for a loan online, completed it. Waited for the etransfer- no such luck. I applied for it yesterday and still have not received payment.

Poor service can't get loans when suppose to only makes you wait for 5 hours til works done then not answers phone

False advertising of decision within 2hours. Been waiting 24 and no answer. Called the office 3 times just to get told twice it's being worked on and once that the girl would get head office to call me right away. That's been an hour and still waiting. Not very good customer service?then I call the toll free number to be told that the lady I talked to will look into it and call me back in a couple minutes...almost an hour ago. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave more like -5 stars
